When Infinity Seal owner, Daniel Hughes, came to Cohn Construction to design his building we introduced him to the design-build process of construction.  Through extensive collaboration with Mr. Hughes, our team of planners was able to design a building that matched his needs perfectly.  Some highlights of this facility will include architectural block, custom canopies, designer finishes on the interior, and a state-of-the-art production area for manufacturing seals, o-rings, and gaskets.

Cohn Construction is proud to announce the completion of Machine and Welding Supply Company's new location in Lexington, SC.  The project started with a design-build approach in which Cohn Construction worked with the company to define the project scope, budget, and timeframe.  In just under four months the project was completed and the client's vision was constructed.  We are happy to have partnered with them in building their new facility.
