In the Spring of 2008 Premium Distributors owner, Ed Bloomer contacted Cohn Construction about designing a new facility for his ice cream distribution business that serves the Columbia and Lexington markets.  The building features split-face block entrances with metal awnings, eave roof extensions and lean-to's, a standing seam roof, an all concrete site finish and a 5000 SF ice cream freezer.
