Cohn Construction has partnered with Forum Development again to build phase I of the Forum Centre business park.  Phase I of the facility will consist of one 6000 sq/ft building, one 5040 sq/ft. building, and an 11,760 sq/ft. building.  Each building will have a unique storefront facade, loading docks and grade-level doors, upgraded landscaping and lighting, and convenient access to I-77 from the Columbia Industrial Park located off Bluff Road.
