In early 2005, Cohn Construction joined Forum Development at the drawing table to design another project in partnership.  The result was an upscale business park with three buildings located in the Columbia Industrial Park.  The project features architectural masonry, galvalume paneling, doors and windows, powder-coated metal canopies, extensive land scaping and security lighting, and high-grade interior finishes.
