In continued partnership, Forum Development hired Cohn Construction to build another office\warehouse facility.  The 17,500 sq/ft. pre-engineered building features a fire-suppression sprinkler system, masonry walls, sky-lights, and stainless overhead doors, storefronts, and windows.  Construction of the building was completed in early June, 2006.
