CEI Investments hired Cohn Construction to build another one of its office/warehouse facilities in Lexington.  The facility was built from start to finish in just under two months.  We attribute the speed of construction to our design/build approach and experienced project management.  The building features an outset condition on the front side to enhance its appeal, architectural masonry, and multi-tenant flexibility with convenient access to I-20.
