Cohn Construction Services, LLC Announces NEW BUILDING FOR Northeast Dermatology, PA Groundbreaking

Columbia, S.C- Cohn Construction Services, LLC will break ground at the future site for Northeast Dermatology PA and begin construction on the building project this week. The new medical building will be constructed at 220 Grace’s Way, in Northeast Columbia (across from Spring Valley High School.) There will be a groundbreaking ceremony to mark this occasion. It will take place at the future building’s job-site on Wednesday, March, 11, 2009 at 3.00pm.

To mark the beginning of the Columbia construction company’s latest undertaking and to congratulate Northeast Dermatology, PA on the arrival of their new location, Cohn Construction Services has organized this groundbreaking celebration. “We thought this groundbreaking celebration would be a great, fun way to build anticipation around the arrival of Dr. Carson’s new building,” said Harris Cohn, President, Cohn Construction Services.“We are very pleased to be a part of the practice’s exciting business expansion and we greatly look forward to beginining work on this new project.”

Cohn Construction Services, LLC specializes in medical, industrial and commercial building projects across the State of South Carolina. Northeast Dermatology, PA building will be the third medical building project Cohn Construction Services will have completed so far this year.

Northeast Dermatology, PA was established in July 2006 by Dr. Lee Smith Carson, M.D, PhD, Board Certified by the American Academy of Dermatology. She opened the doors to her Medical and Cosmetic Dermatology practice (currently located at 140 Wildewood Park Drive) in January 2007. Dr. Carson’s Medical and Cosmetic Dermatology practice treats all ages and all conditions of the skin, hair and nails. Medical services include treatment of Skin Cancer, Acne, Psoriasis and Eczema treatments, mole removal and skin surgery procedures as well as a range of cosmetic services such as Botox, leg vein treatments, tattoo removal and other laser treatments. Their new location is expected to open for business in December, 2009.
